I am a Guild Certified Tellington TTouch Practitioner for Companion Animals – Level 2 – working with dogs and cats.

What is TTouch?

Tellington TTouch is a non-invasive “all systems” approach using bodywork and various groundwork exercises to re-educate an animal’s body at a cellular level. This positively influences behaviour, well-being, mobility and confidence. TTouch is also very effective when addressing fears, anxiety, pain and injuries. As a result, animals relax, begin thinking and learn to make better choices.

Developed by Linda Tellington-Jones, TTouch is used widely in many countries across the world by shelter assistants, dog trainers, zoos, veterinarians and pet owners. With its roots in the Feldenkrais method of Awareness Through Movement, TTouch techniques gently guide the animal through non-habitual exercises that can alter existing habitual patterns. As posture affects behaviour, many owners note that unwanted behaviour diminishes as posture improves. TTouch blends well with other modalities and training methods.
